Coconut "GORP"

Make this ahead of time and store in a glass canning jar to keep it fresh.

4 - 1 cup Servings

Ingredients

1/2 cup          Walnut halves or quarters

1/4 cup          Unsweetened dried cranberries

2-3 Tbsp        Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

2 Tbsp           Pumpkin seeds

2 Tbsp           Sunflower seeds

2 Tbsp           Cocoa Nibs (optional) must be dark chocolate 75% or more

Directions

1.  Combine the above ingredients in a large bowl and stir to blend together.

2.  Store in a large wide mouth canning jar to preserve freshness.

Notes

Great for a snack mid afternoon along with a large glass of lemon/mint water 

Be careful to not eat more than 1/2 cup each day as the natural sugars in this mix can cause the body to store fat if you eat more than you should.
