Great tasting, guilt-free smoothie when you are looking for something rich and chocolatey. It offers plenty of fiber, magnesium, and vitamins A and C. Add some collagen powder and maca to support your hormone and digestive health.
This recipe is low in sugar, rich in magnesium and easy to make.

Serves 2
1-1/2 cups water or unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 cup sweet dark cherries, frozen, pitted
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup raw almonds
3 Tbls unsweetened cocao powder
1Tbls vanilla extract
1 Tbls lemon or lime juice (or 1 - 2 drops of Lemon essential oil)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and puree until silky smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy
